Achievements: SAANVI SOOD – OUR YOUNG MOUNTAINEER

Saanvi Sood, young mountaineer of Yadavindra Public School Mohali, recently attempted to climb Mt Damavand in Iran, Asia's highest volcanic mountain, with her father. The Indian Ambassador in Iran warmly greeted Saanvi, expressing national pride in her courageous spirit. Despite reaching an altitude of 5200 meters, they and fellow climbers turned back due to harsh weather conditions. Saanvi, known for her previous climbs including Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Everest base camp, continues to inspire as a young adventurer showing bravery and determination.
